Ontario Invites 699 Candidates via Targeted OINP Draws on 3rd June 2020

In the latest draw of OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program), Ontario has issued 699 invitations to the express entry candidates. The OINP held its two targeted draws on June 3, 2020 under its Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.

 

This time around, the province of Ontario has invited the candidates via two different HCP stream draws on same day. Let us find out more details about this current draw.

 

OINP Targeted Draws on 3rd June

 

Out of the two-targeted OINP draws that took place on June 3, 2020, first one was for Candidates with one year or more of Canadian experience. In this draw, Ontario issued 167 invitations with a CRS score range 35-439.

On the other hand, second Ontario PNP draw focused on candidates with one year or more of foreign experience. In this draw, province issued 532 invitations with a CRS score range 471-500 points.

Invitations issued to Targeted NOC occupations

 

In both the above-mentioned draws, Ontario issued the invitations to those candidates, who had experience in some targeted NOC (National Occupation Classification) occupations. Find below the NOCs targeted in the current OINP draws:

  • 0111 Financial managers
  • 0114 Other administrative services managers
  • 0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
  • 1111 Financial auditors and accountants
  • 1114 Other financial officers
  • 1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting
  • 3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • 3124 Other primary health practitioner
  • 3132 Dietitians and nutritionists

To show their eligibility for the provincial nomination, the invited candidates need to show their work experience in one of the above-mentioned NOC codes. In addition, they need to apply in the HCP stream of OINP.

 

OINP- One of the best pathways to get Canada PR visa in 2020

 

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is one of the key programs to get Canada permanent residency visa this year, especially if your CRS is not very high. The OINP has received the nomination quota for 2020 from the federal government. For 2020, the nomination allocation quota of Ontario is 7,350 plus extra 250 nominations for TFW (Temporary Foreign Workers) in intermediate skilled occupations (National Occupation Classification [NOC] - Skill Level C).
