Ontario has issued guidelines for Submitting complete application for OINP

Ontario, Canada has issued latest instructions for the submission of complete application for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The OINP is one of the most popular Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) through Canadian province Ontario invite, assess and nominate the immigrants for Canada PR under different immigration streams.

The OINP expect all the applicants to submit a complete application that meetOINP criteria at the time of application submission. The complete applications decreases processing times as well.

Express Entry streams: Educational Credential Assessment reports issued by World Education Services

• If an applicant is applying under an Express Entry stream and have an ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) issued by WES (World Education Services), s/he must authorize WES to share a copy of the ECA with the OINP.
• To authorize WES (i.e. to share ECA results with OINP), you need toorder an ‘Additional Report’ of your ECA report online and select Ontario PNP as the recipient of the ECA.

Authorizing WES to share the results of your assessment with IRCC is notenough for the purposes of your application to the Ontario PNP.

Important Note: If you fail to provide a copy of your ECA report and authorize WES to share the results of your ECA with the OINP, it will result in your application being returned as incomplete and application fee refunded. Consequently, you will lose the chance to apply to the program unless you get a new Notification of Interest (NOI).

Expression of Interest System streams: Attestation Form

• If you are applying under an Employer Job Offer stream, you need to submit a PDF copy of the Attestation Form , printed, signed personally in ink (by the applicant), and uploaded to the “Other” tab under Supporting Documents.

Important Note: If you fail to provide a signed PDF copy of your attestation form, it will result in your application being returned as incomplete and application fee refunded. Consequently, you will lose the chance to apply to the program unless you register a new EOI and receive a new ITA (Invitation to Apply).
