OINP- Express Entry Stream has Issued 2,842 NOIs in the First half of the year

Express Entry - HCP stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

 

The Ontario EE stream has invited significant number of candidates this year, despite the global pandemic. In the last Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program Express Entry System stream draw, the province issued 167 NOIs (Notifications of Interests) with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) range of 358-439.

This is excessively low compare to the point's requirement in federal Express Entry System.

 

Although, the draw was targeting the Canadian Experience- priority occupations, however, the drop in CRS score requirement was still noteworthy. In 13th May draw to it dropped the CRS score range to lowest of that time, i.e. 421-451.

 

Last year, as well the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program- Express entry- HCP stream issued whooping 6,958 invitations to apply for provincial nomination.

 

 

Likely to be a key pathway for Canadian permanent residency

 

The EE-Human Capital Priorities stream is going to be a key pathway to apply and get permanent residency in Canada this year. The way it is inviting significant number of candidates with relatively low CRS requirement.

 

The OINP also invited candidates under its French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream (692 NOIs) and Skilled Trades Stream (948 NOIs).
