NSW- Australia is Accepting the Nomination Applications for 491 Visa till 26th June

New South Wales (NSW) Immigration is accepting the nomination applications for the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa Subclass 491. The NSW began accepting the nomination applications from the 15th of this month and it will continue to accept the same until June 26, 2020. The applicants, who fulfil the nomination requirement, are eligible to apply.

 

NSW open for Subclass 491 Visa applications

 

All eligible candidates can apply for the visa nomination until 26th June. The applications submitted by the candidates within the specified period, will be assessed by June 30, 2020. The Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa Subclass 491 is a provisional visa that allows you and your eligible family members to live, study, and work in selected regional areas of Australia for five years.

 

It is a points-tested skilled visa, which means, your eligibility for this visa will be assessed based on points you score for the key factors of your profile, i.e. age, education, work experience, English proficiency, etc.

 

The NSW assesses and nominates the skilled and talented workers for the Subclass 491 visa to enterprise economic development in regional NSW. The applicant only applies if he/she meets the eligibility criteria, as the NSW nomination fee of $330 is not refundable.

Key Eligibility Requirements to apply for NSW Nomination

 

To apply for NSW nomination applicant must meet the below eligibility criteria:

  • Applicant need to have an occupation on the NSW Regional Skilled Occupation List
  • Applicant must be presently living in a designated regional area in NSW.
  • You must be aged under 45 when we nominate you to apply for the visa.
  • Acquire a score of a minimum of 65 points on the SkillSelect online system
  • Applicants need to have at least competent English.
  • I need to commit to living and working in a designated regional area of NSW until the visa is valid.
