The NAATI is a certifying authority and accreditation body for translators and interpreters in Australia. The Commonwealth, State and Territory governments mutually own NAATI.
Telugu Included for CCL
It is a good news for many Telugu speaking applicants, who forcibly had to choose any other language as Telugu was not in the list of languages for Credentialed Community Language (CCL) testing earlier. However, now it has been included.
The applicants can submit CCL applications from July 22, 2020 for testing due in late August 2020. The test spots will be opened on 30th July 2020.

NAATI is now conducting online testing for CCL Candidates
NAATI is conducting the online tests for CCL Credentialed Community Language (CCL) since April 2020, in view of the global pandemic situation so that the applicants can follow the Social distancing norm.
