Manitoba PNP Issues 279 LAAs in Latest Immigration Draw held on 22 November

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has announced the results of its latest immigration draw, issuing 279 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to eligible candidates. This latest round of invitations was targeted at individuals applying under the following streams:

  • Skilled Workers in Manitoba
  • International Education
  • Skilled Worker Overseas

Candidates who received LAAs will be invited to submit a full application to the MPNP. Successful applicants may be eligible for permanent residency in Canada.

MPNP draw- 22 Nov 2024

  • For the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream MPNP issued 89 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination with a minimum score of 840 and had Close Relatives in Manitoba.
  • The International Education stream and Skilled Worker in Overseas stream received 165 letters of advice this time around
  • while Skilled Worker Overseas stream candidates received 25 LAAs provided they have a minimum score of 617 or higher.

Of the 279 Invitations to Apply issued in this draw, 55 were extended to candidates possessing a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

MPNP key categories

  • Skilled Workers: The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) periodically conducts draws under its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to invite eligible candidates to submit a full application. For further information on the EOI process, please click here.
  • Business Investors: The MPNP is not currently accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the Business Investor Stream. All received EOIs are reviewed within a four-week timeframe. Applicants will receive either a Letter of Advice to Apply or a feedback letter.
