Ontario Opens OINP- HCP stream draw to invite 283 Express Entry Candidates Ontario, Canada has opened the first OINP- Express Entry- Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream draw of this year on February 2, 2021, to issue 283 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination. It is a targeted draw of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to invite candidates with work experience in selected occupations.

The third OINP draw overall as the first two draws took place on January 13 for French-Speaking Skilled worker stream and Skilled Trades Stream.

Ontario has issued 283 Notifications to Express Entry candidates in this OINP draw for OINP- Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream. The CRS score range to get NOI in this draw is 466-467 points.

Ontario has issued 767 NOIs this year in three draws, opened for three different streams of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

In this draw, Ontario has targeted the candidates with work experience in following NOC codes:

  • 0122 - Banking, credit and other investment managers
  • 0124 - Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
  • 0125 - Other business services managers
  • 0601 - Corporate sales managers
  • 1111 - Financial auditors and accountants
  • 1112 - Financial and investment analysts
  • 1121 - Human resources professionals
  • 1122 - Professional occupations in business management consulting
  • 3012 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • 4163 - Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants
You can apply to the HCP stream of OINP if you:

  • have received a Notifications of Interest (NOIs) on February 2, 2021
  • Can show that your work experience was in one of the eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes listed above.
Ontario PNP assesses, select and nominate the candidates for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) visa. The CRS score requirement in relatively low in Ontario PNP draws, compare to federal Express Entry System Draws.
