Manitoba, Canada conducted new draw of Manitoba PNP on November 18, 2021 to issue 428 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination this time around. Following the MPNP draw trend, the province of Manitoba has invited the candidates registered under Skilled Worker and International education streams.
Manitoba issued 376 invitations to the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream with a minimum score requirement of 464 points. Moreover, International education stream candidates received 30 Invitations to Apply (ITA) this time around.

The widely popular Skilled Worker Overseas stream candidates received 22 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination this time around with a minimum score requirement of 726 points.
This is the second MPNP draw in November month as the first one held on 1 November 2021. Manitoba conduct draws of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) regularly to invite the candidates under skilled worker and International education streams.
