Canadian province Manitoba, Canada yet again opened a Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) - Special Immigration Measure Draw on April 11, 2022. In this special draw, the MPNP has issued 20 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination to the candidates from Ukraine. In view of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine, the Government of Manitoba is conducting special MPNP draw to invites the eligible candidates from Ukraine. Find out more.

Considering the crisis in Ukraine and per Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) special immigration measures for affected, the MPNP conducting regular Expression of Interest (EOI) draws for people who fulfil all MPNP eligibility requirements and are affected by current happenings in Ukraine.
