Alberta issued 100 Notifications of Interest in latest AAIP daw held on 19 May

Albert has released the details of latest Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) - Express Entry stream draw held on May 19, 2022. In this AAIP draw, the province has issued 100 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to the Express Entry candidates. Usually, Alberta conduct two to three AAIP- EE stream draws in a month; however, in second quarter of 2022, so far, the AAIP has opened just one draw per month. Find out more

Alberta PNP- Express Entry stream draw on 19 May

In the 19th May draw; Alberta invited 100 Express Entry candidates with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement of 382 CRS points this time around. Though, the points requirement is higher than the previous AAIP draw, however, it is still way too low compare to the Express Entry draw CUT OFF.

AINP draws in 2022 

After latest draw of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP), now Alberta has issued total 2,050 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to Express Entry candidates this year, in total seven Alberta PNP draws conducted this year.

Alberta PNP – Express Entry stream

The AAIP- Express Entry stream invites the Express Entry candidates with relatively low CRS score. Hence, if any Express Entry applicant is not getting ITA (Invitation to Apply) in EE draws due to low CRS score, the AAIP is the right opportunity to get the provincial nomination and then the PR visa, provided s/he meets the criteria of Alberta PNP.
