Alberta issued 350 NOIs in the second AINP draw of 2022

Alberta, Canada held the second draw of Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) - Express Entry stream this year on January 18, 2022. The province issued total 350 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian PR (Permanent Residence) Visa in this latest AINP draw. Alberta PNP is not only active, but also one of the easiest Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) to apply for Canadian PR visa.

Alberta PNP- Express Entry stream draw on 18 January

In the 18 January draw of AINP (Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program), Alberta, Canada invited 350 candidates to apply for provincial nomination with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement of just 346 CRS points this time around.

AINP- Express Entry stream draws in 2022 

Now, the Alberta has issued total 600 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) this year to apply for provincial nomination, in two draws of Alberta PNP opened in the month of January 2022.

Alberta PNP- a key pathway to Canada PR in 2022

Since there is a temporary pause on Express Entry- FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) category draws, therefore, the PNPs, such as, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), is going to be a key alternate pathway to obtain the Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canadian PR (Permanent Resident) Visa from IRCC (Immigration Refugees, and Citizenship Canada).

The Express Entry stream of AINP invites the candidates with CRS score of as low as just 300 CRS points and subsequently, allocate the nomination certificate to selected candidates. This nomination make the applicant eligible to get 600 additional CRS points in its Express Entry CRS score. Needless to mention that such increased CRS score helps the applicant get the ITA from IRCC in next Express Entry System draw.
