  • remain valid for Express Entry for 5 years

Significance of ECA for Canada immigration

Obtaining the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report from an approved assessing authority is key part of Canadian immigration process, especially, when you are applying for Permanent Residence (PR) visa in Canada through Express Entry system or Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

It is required for all Canada PR visa applicants, who have obtained their Education outside Canada. The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) need ECA to verify the qualifications obtained outside Canada.
