CRS Score Requirement is just 301 points in latest Alberta PNP Draw

Alberta, Canada has revealed the details of the most recent draw of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) - Express Entry stream. This latest AINP draw occurred on May 18, 2021 with a relatively low CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score requirement, i.e. just 301 CRS points. It is the second AINP draw this month as the first one took place on 5th May. Let us find out more details of this draw.

 

Alberta PNP draw Occurred on 18th May

In the 18th May draw; Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) issued 250 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to the AINP- Express Entry stream candidates. The CRS score requirement marginally raised by one point to be 301 points this time around. This point's requirement is still excessively low compare to the cut off in federal Express Entry System.

After the 18th May draw, now Alberta has issued total 1,909 invitations in 2021 in overall ten Alberta PNP draws conducted.

If you are a Canada PR visa applicant in EE system, but not getting the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian PR visa due to low CRS score, you have the option to apply in AINP- Express Entry stream.

If you apply in the Express Entry stream of Alberta PNP and able to get the Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination, you become eligible to earn 600 extra CRS points. This huge addition of points makes you eligible to get the ITA from IRCC to apply for Canadian PR visa.
