Latest ACT Invitation round on 21 May- Canberra invites 117 candidates

In the latest ACT (Australian Capital Territory) invitation round, Canberra, Australia has issued 117 invitations to apply for key visa categories. This is the third Canberra Matrix Invitation round this month as first two rounds took place on 5th and 14th May respectively. As usual, ACT has invited the candidates for Subclass 190 and 491 visas in this invitation round. Let us find out more details.

Canberra Matrix Invitation Round on 21st May Canberra has issued 113 invitations in this round to the candidates with skills and experience in Critical Skills Occupation. Under this category, the ACT issued 43 invitations to Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190; moreover, Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa Subclass 491 candidates received 70 invitations this time around. The ACT (Australian Capital Territory) has issued four invitations (i.e. 2 invitations each for Subclass 190 visa and Subclass 491 visa) to the candidates already holding Subclass 457 / 482 visa. The next Matrix invitation round, will be held on or before 5 June 2021. The minimum ranking score in the ACT invitation rounds is a hint or indication only and not a guarantee that an invitation was issued. Ranking of a profile in the system may depend on date and time of Matrix submission. In addition, a candidate may not get the invitation:

  • For an occupation if the monthly cap is met. The cap will reset in June 2021
  • If an applicant has an active application in the system; or have previously received ACT nomination
