Canberra invites 107 candidates in the latest ACT invitation round

In the latest ACT (Australian Capital Territory) invitation round occurred on August 25, 2021, Canberra, Australia has issued 107 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for visa categories, i.e. Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 and Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa Subclass Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa Subclass 491.

Small business owners-ACT has issued only 1 invitation this time around for Subclass 190 visa with a minimum matrix score of 80 points.

457 / 482 visa holders- Canberra has issued just 2 invitations to Subclass 190 visa under this category, while it has not issued any invitations to Subclass 491 visa this time around under this category.

Critical Skill Occupations- This particular immigration category has been extremely active this year. Targeting the Critical Skills Occupations,Canberra has issued 44 invitations to Subclass 190 visa candidates (point score 85), while for Subclass 491 visa, ACT invited 60 candidates with a minimum matrix score of 65 points (accountants: 95 submitted before August).

The next invitation round is likely to take place before 2 September 2021.
