Starting from April 30, 2024, there will be adjustments to Canada's permanent residence fees, as announced by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The department will implement fee increases for certain permanent residence (PR) categories at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time on the mentioned date. This alteration aligns with Canada's Immigrant and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) and is determined based on the cumulative percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for Canada, as published by Statistics Canada.
Permanent Residence Fees Effective April 30, 2024
The modified PR fees, applicable from April 2024 to March 2026, are as follows:
