Canada PNP News and Updates this week (12-06-2021)

The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the biggest PNP only draw of federal Express Entry System on 9th June to invite 940 candidates to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa, with a CRS score requirement of 711 points.

 

Since the IRCC is inviting the CEC and PNP candidates on priority this year, therefore, it is a good idea to get provincial nomination through a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and subsequently, the ITA.

Two BC PNP draws opened on 8th June

 

British Columbia, Canada has issued 373 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination in the two separate BC PNP draws occurred on June 8, 2021.In the first draw, British Columbia issued 323 ITAs (Invitations to apply) for provincial nomination, while in the second draw 50 ITAs issued to NOC- 0621 and 0631 only.

 

Latest Manitoba PNP draw on 7th June

 

Manitoba, Canada has issued Letters of Advice (LAAs in the latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) opened on 7th June 2021. In this latest draw Manitoba PNP has issued total 142 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination to skilled worker and International Graduate streams of MPNP. The MPNP is one of the most active Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).

 

CRS score was 300 points in the latest AINP draw

 

In the latest AINP- Express Entry stream draw occurred on June 5, 2021, Alberta issued 191 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to Express Entry candidates. The minimum CRS score requirement was 300 CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) points to receive the NOI to apply for the nomination.

 

Tech Pilot Draw of BC PNP

 

Canadian province, British Columbia has invited 68 candidates to apply for provincial nomination in the latest Tech Pilot draw of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) took place on June 1, 2021.All invited applicants in the Tech Pilot draw are working in Information Technology sector. The BC launched the Tech Pilot four years back to invite overseas tech talent in the province. However, now the province has extended the BC PNP- Tech Pilot forever.
