The Queensland state of Australia will open the Business and Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ) - State Nomination Program on February 1 2021. The BSMQ provides successful skilled migrants with the opportunity to join the community and contribute to the state's economy.
Queensland nominates skilled migrants with experience in high demand occupations for both temporary and permanent visas, which allows you to live and work in Queensland.
Business and Skilled Migration Queensland
The BSMQ is not open right now for Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa Subclass 491 and Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 Visa; however, it will open from February 1, 2021.

The BSMQ or the business program is open right now for following visa categories for priority processing:
The program will also focus on the businesses, which create jobs, support global pandemic recovery industries, or located in a regional area.
Skilled Program for Small Business Owners
The Subclass 491-SBO (Small Business Owners) program is already open from December 18, 2020. However, the main subclass 491 and subclass 190-visa pathway will only open to onshore applicants from February 1 2021. Until that time, BSMQ will not pick the new Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the skilled migration program.
