BC PNP Immigration Draws in 2025

Here are the draw results of Entrepreneur Immigration draws of BC PNP this year:

• 18th March: In this draw BC has issued nearly 13 ITAs under Base and Regional stream with a minimum score requirement of 115 and 123 respectively.
• 28th January: In this draw BC issued approximately 10 ITAs under Base and Regional stream with a minimum score requirement of 123 for both the streams.

Invitations to Apply: Entrepreneur Immigration Streams

Regional Stream:

• Invitations to apply under the Entrepreneur Immigration (EI) Regional stream are issued approximately monthly.
• Eligibility is contingent upon referral from a participating community.

Base Stream:

• Targeted invitations to apply for the EI Base stream are conducted based on several factors, including:
  • The candidate's registration score.
  • The proposed business location's specific region.
  • The population of the proposed business's community.
  • Whether the business is a startup or an existing business purchase.
  • Alignment of the business proposal with identified priority sectors.
• Periodic invitations to apply based solely on registration score for the EI Base stream will occur.
• However, the frequency of score-based invitations may be limited to accommodate targeted invitations and maintain standard processing times.
