ACT Invitation Round on 1st February- Canberra invites 52 candidates

Canberra, Australia has issued 52 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for Subclass 190 and Subclass 491 visa in the latest ACT (Australian Capital Territory) invitation round took place on February 1, 2022. The ACT has resumed inviting the overseas applicants under Critical Skills Occupation category at now.

This is the second successive draw this year, wherein the ACT has invited the overseas applicants under Critical Skills category. Find out more details.

Here are the details of the latest ACT invitation round:

• Small Business Owners- Small business owners received 1 invitation for Subclass 190 visa with a minimum matrix score of 85 points, while 3 invitations issued to Subclass 491 visa with a minimum matrix score of 65 points. Find out the details in the table.
• 457 / 482 visa holders- The visa holders under this category received just 6 invitation to apply for Subclass 190 visa.
• Critical Skill Occupations- Canberra as usual issued most number of invitations (i.e. 24+18= 42) to candidates with experience in Critical Skills Occupations.

• Overseas Applicants- the ACT invited 8 overseas applicants to apply for Subclass 190 visa, while 10 foreign applicants received invitations to apply for Subclass 491 visa.

• Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491) (provisional)
• Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190)
