Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) cost

• For most of the people, the fees for an ECA report cost is approximately C$240* plus the delivery fees, additional fees, or a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.

Validity of WES ECA Report

An Express Entry profile is valid for a maximum 1-year period from the date an applicant submits a profile to the IRCC. If an application is not approved and an individual fails to obtain an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for Canada PR after an year and still want to continue, then he/she needs to complete and submit a new Express Entry profile.

In such circumstances, an applicant can continue using the ECA report while submitting a new Express Entry profile under IRCC for Canada PR. Reason being, an ECA provided by WES is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

Evaluation period

An applicant' international degree or diplomas are generally evaluated by the WES within 35 business days after receiving, reviewing, and approving all documents, and WES fees payment done in full.
