Is the Ontario PNP accepting applications in 2026?
No. As of May 30, 2026, all nine OINP streams no longer legally exist. The program is being rebuilt from scratch with new streams expected in late 2026. No official launch dates or eligibility rules have been confirmed yet.

Application submitted and complete before May 30, 2026 — legally protected, will be processed.
EOI profile only, no ITA received — not protected, status uncertain until new system launches.
Planning to apply — no pathway currently exists under Ontario PNP.
When will OINP reopen?
Ontario has announced two-phase replacement streams including a unified Employer Job Offer stream (Phase 1, late 2026), and Priority Healthcare, Exceptional Talent, and Entrepreneur streams (Phase 2, date unconfirmed).
