A.   Skilled Immigrants Assessment

The Skilled Immigrants are chosen based on their skills and ability to get settled in Canada and subsequently contribute to the Canadian Economy in a positive and significant manner.

The Assessment Process Features

  • The assessment is done via the point based system,
  • An applicant score points, based on his/her profile details, i.e. education, experience, language proficiency, etc.
  • Once your profile is selected based on your total score, you will get an invitation for applying for a permanent residency, from the CIC.
  • You do not require an offer of employment from the Canadian Employer in this case.

Below are the categories under this program:

  • The Federal Skilled Workers Category
  • Federal Skilled Trades Category
  • Provincial Nominee Program
  • Canadian Experience Class

Apart from the above categories, the province of Quebec, selects its own skilled workers, under Quebec-selected skilled workers Program.


B.   Family Class Sponsorship

This program is meant for the Canadian citizens and permanent residents wanting to sponsor their family members for Canada Immigration. However, the person sponsoring a family member must be at least 18 years old. If your family member can become a permanent resident, they are also allowed to live, work and study in Canada.

  • Your spouse,
  • Your dependent child (this includes an adopted child) or
  • Your conjugal or common-law partner
  • Other eligible relatives.

C.   Business Immigration Program Assessment:

This program is launched to promote and support the individuals from Investor class and Entreprenuer class. The business immigrants get a support from both federal as well as provincial governments, in order to start a business in Canada and get settled. This program can also be further divided into sub-categories, i.e.

  • Qualifying Business
