Big thanks to entire team of Visas Avenue for helping us in this journey! Special thanks to our case manager Ruchika Sharma for being with us at all times and providing all the information required in this process.Best wishes to Visas Avenue!
I choose Visas Avenue after talking to almost all major immigration consultants in Chennai , Bangalore, Delhi and Kerala. One thing i understood is, knowledge of case manager is really important , so i don't wanted to take any risk in that area. Deendayal of Bangalore office is one of the major reason i decided to go with visas avenue. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and gives you a confident that our case is in safe hands. Ruchika - my second case manager in main branch was also really helpful, and managed my case efficiently. When i had an issue with delayed response, Deendayal , as he promised , helped me to get my second case officer immediately. (if that issue wasn't there, i would've given 5 star blindly) . Unlike many other major consultants, they do not lie (regarding jobs, recruitment etc ), fees is reasonable, and they know what they are doing and is good at it. I will give 5 start to Deendayal and Ruchika, and request visas avenue to ensure timely response to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Co-operative and Trained Staff to handhold you throughout the process.
My case was dealt by Case manager Shivangi Arora , Monika & Abhiyansh. They were thoroughly professional and keenly followed the process and updated me constantly . I am glad i chose visasavenue and would recommend it anytime. Thanks for the support!
I am writing this review from Canada as Visas Avenue helped me to get my PR and fulfilled my dream. Very helpful and professional team specially Shivangi Arora (Team Lead) my case officer. Very cooperative, humble and knowledge person. Initially I realised that my case was processing in slow pace but later I realised I was wrong because they were taking adequate time to check my documents thoroughly and advised me even small to small discrepancy in my documents which could lead to any sort of problem or rejection to my file. Shivangi processed my case so efficiently that she entered my file in the pool and next morning I received ITA and in less than 2 months I received my passport request for Visa stamping. Really satisfied with case handling team though had some issues with Sales and Finance team but were sorted out professionally later. Highly recommend Visas Avenue to all those who are dreaming for Canadian PRship and see if you can have Shivangi as your case officer in that case your PRship is confirmed. Just a tip or suggestion for everyone who are planning to appoint any immigration lawyer please make sure you read or discuss or understand all terms and conditions carefully to avoid any later conflicts. Good luck to all and thanks to Visas Avenue for your support.
PR process for Australia is a very time consuming process. Visas Avenue have been scientific and professional in their approach and provided guidance throughout the process and helped me cross the line. They especially helped me with change in my situation during the process where I had to include my new born. Thanks to the entire team with special thanks to Monika Kashyap & Shivangi Arora for their personalized attention.
Exemplary customer service! I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Visas Avenue especially Jyoti Singh, Priyanka Kandwal and Navdeep! All of them worked at different stages of my case and were always available whenever I reached out to them. They are extremely knowledgeable and through when it comes to documentation and filing of application! I really appreciate the due diligence that was undertaken for proper submission of documents. I also want to make a mention of Aditya Mohapatra , the branch head of the Mumbai office. All in all, I had a really good experience with Visas Avenue and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at settling abroad!
