I kicked off my Australia PR in mid 2015. Visas Avenue's case officer (Erin Verma, Neeraj Kumar)helped in all the stages to get the PR done. Currently i hold an Australia PR Visa. You guys had been very helpful in each stage, have clear knowledge on the required documents and time frames. You guys had answered all the queries I had very promptly. Special thanks to Erin for answering my silly questions.I am well satisfied working with Visas Avenue and will select you guys for any future Visa related tasks. You guys rock.. Hope all success !!!
I got to know Visa Avenue through web search and filled up my online request. Ashwani dialed me at UK and explained me all the Aus PR processing. Initially I was not sure if I should put my step forward but Visa Avenue gave me enough confidence. They processed my case very smoothly and kept me updated on each step of it. The staff of Visa Avenue is really professional and approachable. I never waited in getting response on my queries.I sincerely say thanks to Ashwani, Amy, Rajesh, Erin, Ashmeet & Jyoti for their kind support in my process and wish all the best to Visa Avenue for upcoming future.
I have had really good experience with Visas Avenue. My case was handled mostly by Mrigya Shah and in her absence by Shivangi Arora. Both of them were highly professional and were always ready to provide answers to my queries. I couldn t have asked for a better team to deal with my visa process. Best wishes guys!!
The whole process was smooth and executed with timeliness. Special thanks to Mrigya for helping us all through.
I can sum up their services in just one word - Incredible!!! It was such an amazing experience ever since the time I planned to give it a go with Visas Avenue. To be very honest, I was extremely skeptical while deciding upon a consultancy that could help me with Canadian Permanent Residence. The team briefed me through the whole procedure and then put me in touch with my Case Manager , Ruchika Sharma ( undoubtedly one of their BEST Case Managers I could say) , from New Delhi office. She has been assisting me in all respects since Day 1 , till the time my Visa was confirmed. Well, the service they offered made the otherwise tedious and potentially confusing process , rather seamless. Recently my PR was confirmed. Thanks again to Ruchika and whole of the Visas Avenue Team for their assistance and profound support.
The team here is value for all the trust and expectation you have from any consulting firm (offcourse value for money...they hit the nail). Members to whom so ever I have spoken to are absolute professionals, good with what they do and swift in terms of updates. Shivangi Arora who was assigned as my consultant manager was fantastic in her approach ,extremely knowledgeable and prompt in terms of reviewing documents, providing updates and answering lot of silly questions with patience and that makes a difference. Immigration department never came back asking to revisit any documents and that is what anybody expects after you opt for a consultancy to help you out.Everything was just perfect and on time ... thanks Shivangi and team :).I have already recommended Visas Avenue to one of my friends this morning and also asked them to check ...if Shivangi could be their case manager :)

She has been in continuous touch throughout the process and giving us hopes during the long wait period.I’m sincerely THANKFUL on behalf of my family to all Visas Avenue Team for assisting in the immigration process and making sure that we get it without any difficulties.
It was an amazing experience having my case led by Visas Avenue & Shivangi Arora had made every possible answer to even minute query leading to complete satisfaction when PR process was in Work in progress.
