"First of all I would like to thank Tabby K who initially guided me in detail through the Australian PR process, even though I had already conveyed that I will not be signing up for any Professional Services and will be filing it on my own. Still she detailed out every step and answered all my queries then and there itself. Secondly and most importantly a big thanks to our case officer Kirti Chauhan whose impeccable professionalism and patience in hearing and responding to our thousand queries helped us achieving the Visa. We used to be extra cautious and pessimistic with every step, but she always kept us motivated and was a great support during the whole process. I will definitely recommend Visas Avenue to all Visa aspirants."
Thanks to Visas Avenue for the excellent service provided. During the initial stages Supriya Prasad have made us comfortable by giving us an unambiguous picture of the entire process. Our Case Manager Vagisha Malhotra has an in-depth knowledge about the entire process and was very supportive. She was very precise about all the documentations because of which we believe the entire process went on smoothly. Thanks a lot Team. Appreciate all your help. Good luck !
There are consultants and then there is Visas Avenue! They listen, they act, they perform and they execute!Erin, my case manager, is an epitome of CRM skills, knowledge and motivation. The way she nurtured the case and took a personal interest towards attaining the desired result is indeed worthy of every appreciation on this planet. Thank you! And 5 stars for you. I'm glad to have associated with you and would really look forward to keep this association going in the future too. Please find a way to that.Overall, I've had a wonderful experience with the organization. Thanks guys! Just a little more focus and flexibility towards managing client relations at every step and in every function would make the firm shinier.
My discussion with Visas Avenue kicked off with a brief telephonic call in late Dec 2016 and today (1st Sep ’17) I can call myself a proud owner of a Canadian PR visa under Express Entry FSW category. It took me less than 5 months to get the stamp on my passport and if I have to thank someone for this then it has to be my case manager Ms. Ruchika. She worked tirelessly in keeping my profile updated from time to time and kept me abreast of all the developments. In fact, a notable incident would be my receiving an Invitation to Apply (ITA) within 1.5 days time of applying for it. I got the ITA as soon as my WES evaluation results were received (my IELTS scores were there in place) and my profile was updated in no time by Ruchika. Nor once did I have any complaint against anyone at Visas Avenue during this 8 month long journey (contract signing to passport receipt). Every single contact in the organization helped me with whatever information I required even in the absence of my case manager for a brief period. At times I felt I had more than one case managers to help me. Besides, I have spoken to more than 5 people at Visas Avenue apart from my case manager Ruchika, Mohini, Surbhi, Pranshu, Amandeep and each one of them were not only knowledgeable and but also highly professional when it came to addressing my immigration queries. I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team of Visas Avenue for taking me through this maze of policies and requirements for the PR visa. Yes, I would highly recommend your services to all my personal acquaintances and other netizens out here.
Visas Avenue and their team are outstanding and clearly some of the best professionals in the field of immigration. A special thanks to Shivangi Arora (our case manager) for her expert service that helped us get Canadian PR with ease. She has sound understanding of the entire process and documentation. Rajesh Arora is among another knowledgeable, reliable and co operative people in the organisation. They never gave us false expectations regarding the time deadlines and documents. I highly recommend them for their services.
