A revised State Nominated Occupation List (SNOL) is going to be launched by immigration Australia effective July 4, 2016 to invite fresh applications. The new list will have some modifications/changes in criteria of English language and work experience.
Conditions for ICT occupations
The foreign applicants applying for ICT occupation as per SNOL list will have to secure at least 70 points (including points received through state nomination) on the point test designed by DIBP (Department of immigration and border protection).

The application system for the subclass 190 and 489 visas will close temporarily on 30th June, 2016. The application not submitted and paid by this time shall stand cancelled and will be deleted as well.
