The Parents and Grandparents Program of Canada is reopening from today, i.e. 13th October 2020. The Canadian citizens and permanent residents, who wish to sponsor their parents and grandparents to get permanent residence in Canada can fill and submit the online Interest to sponsor form. The form will be available until 3rd November 2020.

Then, IRCC will randomly choose and invite potential sponsors to apply to sponsor their parents and grandparents. This year IRCC shall invite potential sponsors to apply in one round of invitations. Step 3: Once you are invited to apply, you must submit your application package by the mentioned date in your invitation. The process is a bit different for the Canadians living in Quebec province.
