Till date, Ontario has issued total of 1,808 Notifications of Interests (NOIs) in the year 2018. The above mentioned two draws were the first OINP draws this year, wherein only targeted candidates were selected, i.e. candidates with employment offer and French language proficiency. However, the OINP has confirmed that it will continue to invite the applicants as per the normal criteria, i.e. applicants with CRS Score 400 and above with profile in Express Entry pool.
