   ? Online application for few visas will be Unavailable: You won’t be able to apply for certain visas online from 08:00 am (NZ time) May 28, 2016 to June 1, 2016. This temporary stay is not applicable to the following visa categories, i.e.

  • Skilled Migrant expression of interest
  • Working Holiday Visa,
However, the online application facility will be available again w.e.f. June 1, 2016

   ? New Website launch of New Zealand Immigration: New Zealand Immigration (INZ) has launched its website with complete new look and feel. It’s one of the most visited website in New Zealand with close to 12 million visits in last one year alone. The new NZ immigration website is completely based on the user needs with simple and user friendly content and navigations.

   ? NZ Immigration has launched the New Visa for Foreign Entrepreneurs

New Zealand has launched a new visa to magnetize foreign entrepreneurs in the country in order to setup new businesses and subsequently create new jobs. Below are the key features of the new visa
  • The Global Impact Visa (GIV) is a 4 year pilot program designed by Immigration New Zealand in collaboration with the private sector.
  • A total of 400 visas will be issued under this category in four years
  • Program focuses on inviting and attracting young and talented entrepreneurs, who are beginning their career and willing to live, work and invest in New Zealand.
