The early Express Entry draw is a pleasant surprise for the express entry applicants. The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has launched the Express entry draw on 20th August 2019, i.e. just after 8 days of the previous draw, which is a rare thing to happen, as it's the main FSW (Federal Skilled Worker) category draw only. The draw invited total 3,600 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residency.

  • Tie-breaking rule:March 24, 2019 at 15:32:42 UTC
The express entry applicants invited in the current EE draw needs to submit complete Canada PR application within 60 days from the receipt of the invitation to apply for Canadian PR from IRCC.

Analysis of 17th Express Entry draw - An Analysis

With this current draw opened on 20th August, total number of invitations issued in 2019 reached to 56,200. This was not the usual fortnightly draw launched as per the ongoing pattern for EE draws from IRCC.
