IRCC invites 3,600 Candidates yet again in Latest Express Entry Draw opened on 5th September 2019

The Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has launched the latest express entry draw on September 5, 2019 to invite candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residency. Considering the last EE draw (on 20th August) was launched much before the due date, it was expected that the next EE draw will be late, however, the current draw opened right on time, i.e. as per the fortnightly schedule of draws.

Find below the results of the latest draw of Federal EE system.
  • The draw is open: The current express entry draw is open from September 4, 2019 to September 5, 2019.
  • CRS score requirement: The CRS score requirement or qualifying marks in the draw is 463 CRS points or above
  • Number of Invitations to be issued: The IRCC to issue a total of 3,600 Canada PR invitations during the draw.
  • Tie-breaking rule:August 23, 2019 at 13:33:34 UTC
All applicants who receives the invite in this draw, will have to submit complete Canada PR application and documents within 60 days.

Analysis of the 1st EE draw of September 2019

The IRCC has invited the 3,600 candidates 5th Time in a row, which seems to be setting a new pattern now. With the current Express entry draw, now IRCC has issued total 59,800 invitations in 18 express entry draws this year.

Express Entry Cut Off Marks in 5th September 2019 Draw

Though, the CRS score requirement in the current express entry draw must have surprised those express entry applicants a bit who were expecting it to fall. In the last draw the cut off was 457 CRS points, which has been increased to 463, with a rise of 6 points, compared to the last draw.
