CRS Score requirement is just 406 points in first Alberta PNP draw of 2021 The much-awaited draw of Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) finally opened on January 8, 2021. This is also the first Alberta PNP draw of the year. The AINP- Express Entry stream, invites, assesses, and nominates the Express Entry candidates even with a relatively low Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. This is why the aspirants of Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) eagerly wait for AINP draw.

First AINP draw of 2021

The province of Alberta, Canada has opened this AINP draw after almost six months, as the previous draw took place on June 17, 2020. In this latest draw of AINP- Express Entry stream, opened on 8th January, Alberta has issued Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for a provincial nomination to 50 candidates with a CRS score requirement of just 406 points.

This point's requirement is relatively low, compared to the cut off in the Express Entry draws, hovering around 468 marks. Last year, the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) invited the candidates with CRS score as low as just 300 CRS points.

Last year Alberta had more than 6,000 nomination places; however, it did not utilise all of them given the global pandemic. This year, the province has not revealed the number of nomination allocations until now, but one expects it to nominate a significant number of candidates for Canadian PR Visa.

AINP- one of the easiest ways to get Canada PR

If you get the Notifications of Interest (NOIs) from Alberta- Express Entry stream, you must apply in the EE stream within the specified time in the NOI. Subsequently, if you get the nomination certificate from AINP, you become eligible to get 600 additional CRS points in your express entry account. Hence, the AINP is one of the easiest pathways to get the Canadian Permanent Residency (PR).

If you wish to apply for Canada PR through AINP or any other relevant PNP, you may get in touch with Visas Avenue for trusted assistance. It is the leading and registered Visa Advisory service for Canadian immigration and Permanent Residence (PR) process.
