Eligibility Criteria for Express Entry Stream of NSNP

The applicants applying for the Category B of the NSNP-express entry stream require meeting following parameters:
  • Applicant must have a profile registered in federal Express Entry system
  • Require having minimum 1 year of skilled work experience in any of the target occupations of the province of Nova Scotia
  • Need to foreign education credentials equivalent to Canada (duly assessed and authenticated by relevant assessing authority)
  • Meet the language ability criteria in English or French, i.e. CLB ( Canadian Language Benchmark) 7 or above
  • A candidate require securing minimum 67 points or more on the points assessment grid of the stream
  • Need to demonstrate enough financial resources to settle in the province of Nova Scotia successfully.
