In the latest round, Canberra has invited 81 candidates with experience in Critical Skills Occupations, while two invitations (for Subclass 190 visa) sent to Subclass 457/482 visa holders. Overall ACT invited 83 candidates in this latest ACT round.

The next ACT invitation round is likely to take place on or before 30th April 2021. From May 3, 2021, only occupations on the ACT (Australian Capital Territory) Critical Skills List May 2021 will be ranked and, if selected/ invited to apply for ACT nomination.

 

2020-21 Allocation of ACT Nomination places

 

• Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491) visa - 598 places
• Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa - 802 places

 

Left over Allocation @ 1 April 2021

 

• Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491) visa - 321 places (107 per month)
• Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa - 248 places (83 per month)
