Canada PNP Draw Results and Updates - July 2022

Canadian Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) play an important role in distributing the benefits of migration across Canada. Province actively invite candidates to apply for provincial nomination and nominate eligible ones for Canadian permanent residence.

British Columbia

The British Columbia PNP conducted a total of 16 draws in July, which included 14 targeted draws for a set of in-demand occupations.

Through these 16 draws, British Columbia invited over 635 candidates through Expression of Interest (EOI) draws in July and in majority of draws, the province targeted candidates under certain in-demand occupations, like:

• Early Childhood Educators (NOC 4214)
• Health care assistants (NOC 3413)
• Other priority occupations including NOCs 3114 and 3213
• Healthcare workers (in 35 healthcare-related occupations)
• BCPNP tech occupations

Saskatchewan

The Saskatchewan PNP conducted 9 EOI draws for applicants eligible under the Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry categories. The province opened 3 draws were for Ukraine national as a special measure. While in other 6 draws, SINP targeted candidates with an Educational Credential Assessment and work experience in in-demand occupations.

Manitoba

The Manitoba PNP issued 732 ITAs via 7 draws in July and invited applicants under following PNP streams:

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba;
• Skilled Workers Overseas; and
• International Education

Manitoba also opened two special measure draws for Ukraine nationals.

Ontario

The Ontario PNP issued a total of 790 ITAs under three PNP streams last month, i.e., July 2022.

• Express Entry Skilled Trades stream: 755 Invitations Issued
• Entrepreneur Stream: 33 Invitations Issued
• Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker: 2 Invitations Issued

Prince Edward Island

The Prince Edward Island PNP opened one nominee draw on 21st July 2022 and issued 138 invitations via the Express Entry & Labour streams. Also, the province invited 27 candidates under its Business Work Permit Entrepreneur stream.
