The Department of Home Affairs (DHA), Australia, has finally released the details of its November 2019 SkillSelect Invitation round took place on November 11, 2019. The DHA has issued 250 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to apply for Skilled Independent Subclass visa 189 in the latest round of invitation. However, DHA has not issued any invitation for Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489), as the same has been replaced by new Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) (subclass 491) visa on November 16, 2019.

In this program year (i.e. since July 2019), Australia has issued total 2,950 invitations under Subclass 189 visa, however, just 300 invites have been issued under the regional visa Subclass 489. Overall, 3,250 invites have been issued by Australia this year, under both mentioned GSM visa categories.
