Exceptional Draw of Express Entry from all Aspects

The draw has once again brought the pleasant surprise for the candidates. Sidelining all the speculations and guesses the IRCC once again created a new record for both CRS score requirement as well as well as number of invitations to be issued to the express entry applicants for applying Canadian Permanent Residency. IRCC reduced the CRS score requirement to lowest ever mark, i.e. 423 points or more. As a consequence, the number of invitations to be issued has been rocketed up to massive figure of 3,923.

The other surprising factor for the express entry applicants was the unexpected pre-launch of the 9th draw of federal express entry immigration system. Usually, the IRCC launches the draws on fortnightly basis, however, this time around, it has launched the 9th draw within one week of the last draw launch (April 5, 2017). So, in the current EE draw is the pack full of positive or pleasant or surprises for the express entry applicants.

Who is at great advantage?

The candidates with low CRS score (i.e. score between 423-430 points) will get the maximum benefit out of this draw. These candidates must have been waiting for their turn for a long time as IRCC never reduced the qualifying marks to this low ever in any of the express entry draws since the launch of EE System in January, 2015. Now as the qualifying marks have been reduced to its lowest level, the applicants who have become eligible to receive ITA (Invitation to apply) from IRCC must be having a gala time.
