14th Express Entry Draw Canada 2016 is launched with low qualifying marks & significant increase in Canadian PR Invitations

Finally some respite came for express entry applicants as the 14^th Express entry draw of year 2016 is launched with favorable results. The draw of express entry occurs every fortnight to issue the PR invitations to applicants achieving the qualifying marks decided for the draw.

The positive draw results this time round would certainly please the thousands of express entry applicants. It�s overall 37^th draw of express entry since beginning of the EE System in January 2015. Let�s take a look at the draw results of the current draw of express entry.

The key statistics with regard to 14^th draw of express entry are as follows:

The Draw is open from June 29, 2016 to June 30, 2016.
The qualifying marks to receive ITA are 482 points or more.
A total of 773 invitations to be issued during the current EE draw.

Key Analysis of the 14^th EE Draw

The draw results are in favor of the Canadian immigration applicants in Express Entry, after a long time. In last few draws the numbers of invites were consistently decreasing, while the CRS Score requirement was increasing with every draw.

For instance, in the last draw of express entry (June 15, 2016) the number of invites got reduced to 752, i.e. the lowest in 2016 and qualifying marks too reached till 488 points, i.e. highest of past three months. However, the current draw of express entry has come as a respite as the qualifying marks came down and number of invites too increased drastically to whipping 773 mark. The results are expected to be favorable in the upcoming draws as well, as the government would like to make the entry of foreign skilled workers relatively trouble free via express entry system.
