The Saskatchewan PNP the SINP NOC list 2024. Now, all TEER 0 to TEER 3 occupations in NOC 2021 Matrix levels are eligible for the OID and EE program sub-categories of SINP, except the Occupations listed in the SINP Excluded Occupation List given later in this page.

Note: Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has switched to new TEER based NOC 2021 occupation system with effect from November 16, 2022. Hence, SINP has adopted new 5-digit codification system for the relevant occupations under NOC 2021.

Which TEER category is eligible for SINP Under new NOC 2021 system?

  • TEER 0 to TEER 3 category Occupations eligible: Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3) category to be eligible for OID (Occupation in Demand) and express entry subcategory of SINP.
  • TEER 4 and 5 Not Eligible: NOC TEER 4 (i.e. occupations that usually require high school or job-specific training) and NOC TEER 5 (i.e. occupations that usually require on-the-job training) skill levels are not eligible for the OID and Express Entry subcategories.

  • Your occupation must be under NOC 2021 occupation list TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 category
  • Your occupation must not be in Excluded (Not Eligible) Occupation list prescribed by SINP
