The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) of Canadian province Ontario. It has been designed to select suitable individuals for permanent residency in order to meet the labour market demands of Ontario.
The OINP selects the applicants from Express Entry pool, who have skills and experience to make a valuable contribution to the economy and development of the province of Ontario. The OINP assess the received applications and accordingly nominate them to IRCC for Canadian permanent residency.
Although OINP has several streams, however, Express Entry- Human Capital Priorities Stream of OINP is the most popular among the applicants of Canada PR. It has been designed for skilled workers, who are willing to live and work in Ontario on a permanent basis. The express entry – HCP stream OINP is aligned with the Express Entry System.
