Manitoba selects the suitable skilled workers and professionals through MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nomine Program) for the province's employers. However, these skilled workers must-have skills and experience to work in the labour market of the province. To identify the capable candidates, Manitoba releases an in-demand occupation list as per the Labour Market Information.
The in-demand Occupation list of Manitoba includes those occupations, which are primarily in demand in Manitoba province. Some of the occupations in this list are limited to some specific Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) streams. The MPNP revise the list regularly. Find below the list of in-demand occupations in Manitoba. The list is subject to change as per the latest status.
Note: Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has switched to new TEER based NOC 2021 Occupation system with effect from November 16, 2022. Hence, MPNP has adopted new 5-digit codification system for the relevant occupations under NOC 2021.
