I really liked the Professional approach of Visas Avenue and my consultant Shivangi who was very prompt and quick in responding to all my queries. She worked beyond office hours also to complete and submit our application. I found Visas Avenue to be in a right place from which we could fulfill our dreams. I wholeheartedly thank Shivangi and her team for being so kind and helpful in my process. Thanks a ton...
I am extremely excited and happy to say that my PR for Canada was approved on Aug 29 which was almost 45 days from the day of AOR. I would like to thank Visa s Avenue for all the support and promptness in helping me in the documentation process with frequent follow up and reminders. Most importantly, their guidance across each stage of the application really kept our hopes alive and was very motivating throughout the process. My case officer Ms. Kanika was really exceptional in her work and provided us with regular feedback and suggestions to improve my EE profile due to which I could meet the CRS and ITA eligibility. I also would like to appreciate her knowledge and confidence about the entire procedure. Thanks once again VISAS S AVENUE. Keep serving your customers with the same zeal.
My experience with Visas Avenue has been very gratifying. The primary reason for this is my interaction with Ms. Shivangi Arora, without who s support and persistence my accomplishment wouldn t have been possible. She assisted me with a high degree of professionalism and answering every query I had at different stages of the PR process. Her ability to listen to me, understand my concerns and walk me through the solutions was quite incredible. I am very appreciative of her hard work and the manner in which she made my life quite convenient. a big THANK YOU to Shivangi and kudos for her efforts. It would be my strong recommendation to go with Visas Avenue, due to the knowledge and demonstrated capability it brings. And, if you are lucky enough, you will come across and work with some wonderful professionals like Shivangi to make your life look simple and objectives easy to achieve.
I had a great experience with Visas Avenue. Right from the initial engagement, Sales team (Resham Agarwal) was nothing but transparent and provided accurate information. My case manger Ruchika Sharma had thorough knowledge of E2E Canadian immigration process and always provided timely response to my queries. She also ensured backup support during her absence and always demonstrated professional demeanour in behavior and communication.I would like to thank the entire team for all their support and guidance and highly recommend Visas Avenue to people looking for immigration services.
Getting a visa in hand is one of the wonderful thing that can happen to anyone, but until the people who made this happen arent credited, the happiness remains incomplete. My first interaction at Visas Avenue was Promita, the marketing manager. On her reference and past interaction with her from her previous visa company, I took the blind plunge into Visas Avenue. I hardly knew anything about this company, fortunately the risk was worth taking . I was in safest and most experienced hands in this industry.I owe my visa to Promita Deb, and most importantly; the key player, my SPOC (Shivangi Arora). Being in IT and having a non IT degree was the first and the biggest hurdle, as it required creation of RPL report and having handled support projects, it was nightmare producing one . We used to have hours long conference calls, discussing on the contents, editing, preparing draft versions. Finally with the teams effort , the RPL report came out so beautifully articulated that my ACS(with RPL) was cleared in just 5 days. Believe me !!! I had developed so much trust in Shivangi and her team during the ACS preparation that I never went through any visa expats/forums for checking on anything. Shivangi, took me through each and every step with proper guidance, answered my up teem number of calls, answered each and every query. This team is very experienced, you will never go disappointed, if you are struck at a point, exact document not matching, based on their extensive experience they have the proper justifiable workaround options. My POC(Shivangi) always made sure to collect extra documents from me and that paid off, we sailed smoothly through the journey without any turbulence . The whole journey from ACS to finally getting visa was completed in just 5 months. Marvelous job done by Shivangi and her team. Three cheers for visa Avenue and I wish them every success with their clients.

After having a detailed conversation and evaluating the immigration processes of three leading consultants in the market for both Canada and Australia Permanent Residency, I zeroed down for the Visas Avenue for my Australian PR. The credit mainly goes to the in-depth knowledge of the Visas Avenue, Hyderabad's Branch Manager Jyothsna, and the competitive pricing for the kind of services being promised. Unlike other registered consultants, Visas Avenue did not charge an exorbitant amount for my application process. Jyothsna gave me assurance of assigning an experienced Immigration officer, and handed over my case to Ruchika Sharma, from Delhi office. After having multiple conversations with Ruchika, I am sure that, I couldn't have got more experienced and patient Immigration Officer than her. She was always there at each stage of the process to guide me to arrange and submit the right set of documents and at times explain in detail to few of my silly queries over mails and phones. I have already recommended them to few of my close friends (with the progress of my application, it was not that difficult to convince them). I wish Visas Avenue team the best of luck in future and hope that they will continue doing great quality work and earn a good name for themselves.
